Next year’s Rugby World Cup will be New Zealand's year and this cafe is strategically located in the lower part of the city where most benefit will be enjoyed. Having been established for many years turnover is consistently   good, low rent, and a very healthy profit that offers great food and coffee for the many regulars and shoppers who walk past.The vendors choose to open 6 days but given the location can be 7 if someone wishes.Another avenue the vendors haven't considered is applying for a liquor license so that wine can be served with lunch thus increasing turnover and profits.
